REFUND POLICY
Not satisfied with the product?
You have the option to return the product within 14 days of receiving it.
You can register your return on the following page: Return Registration. The return shipping cost is €6.95 and is at your own expense. After paying the shipping costs, you will receive a return label to send the item back.
The barcode you need to enter when requesting a return can be found on the PostNL label on your package or in the shipping confirmation email you received.
Once we receive your return package, it will be processed within 14 business days.
You will receive a refund within 10 business days after your return has been processed.
The product must meet the following requirements:
- The tag is still attached to the item
- The item must not be worn or washed
- The item is in its original condition and undamaged (no makeup stains, sweat, or perfume odors)
- Jewelry must not be worn
Packaging:
- Return the item in its original packaging.
What will you get back? You will receive a refund for the purchase amount (excluding shipping costs) after we receive your return. If the entire order is returned, the full purchase amount will be refunded.
Return shipping costs are always the responsibility of the customer.
If you used a discount promotion for ordering multiple items and decide to return one or more of these items, the discount will no longer apply if you no longer meet the conditions of the promotion. For example, if you buy two pairs of pants and get the second one at half price, but return one pair, the discount on the second pair will be canceled. You will then pay the full price for the remaining pair.
Where will I receive my refund?
We will refund the amount in the same way you paid.
Return shipping costs:
The products are offered at competitive prices. Unfortunately, we are unable to cover the return shipping costs for sending your return back to us. These costs are at your own expense, and we appreciate your understanding.
