Why haven’t I received a confirmation email yet?
After placing your order, you should receive a confirmation email within a few minutes at the email address you provided. It’s possible that you made a typo when entering your email address. Please also check your spam folder, as the confirmation email may sometimes end up there. If you still can’t find the email, please feel free to contact us.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
Once your order is placed, the process of preparing your package for shipment is automatically started to ensure it’s sent as quickly as possible. Since your order is already in an advanced stage, we are unable to modify or cancel it. If you’d like to receive a different item, we recommend placing a new order or contacting our customer service.
Can I change the delivery address after placing my order?
If you need to change the delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible. As long as your package hasn’t been packed yet, we can adjust the address. Unfortunately, once the package has been packed, changes are no longer possible.
Can I return my order?
Once you have received your package, you can return your order within 14 days, provided the products are in their original condition (unworn and with the tags still attached). For a full return, the shipping costs will be refunded.
What is the barcode for my return?
You can find the barcode you need on the package you received. If you can’t find it, the barcode is also listed in the shipping confirmation email you received (make sure to check your spam folder).
What is the delivery time for my order?
We aim to deliver your order within 1-2 business days, unless there are exceptions due to holidays or pre-orders.
If I order a pre-order item, will my entire order be shipped later?
When you order a pre-order item along with other products, the remaining items will only be shipped once the pre-order item becomes available. We recommend placing separate orders if you want the other items sooner.
When will a product be back in stock?
Want to know when a product will be back in stock? Leave your email address, and we will notify you as soon as it becomes available again!
When is customer service available?
Our customer service is available from Monday to Friday, from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, excluding holidays. We strive to respond to all messages and inquiries as quickly as possible.
